Hi all! Just introducing myself! I am a 5'10" married, mother of two (2 yrs and 5 yrs) and I'm turning 32 on Saturday. My current weight is 164 which is only 10 lbs more than I weighed in high school. According to BMI calculations, I am on the higher end of a healthy weight. I played college volleyball and my "playing weight" was around 155.
However, at this point in my life, I believe I should weigh less than 155 so I've set my goal for 145-150. I was very muscular in high school and college, but now I've taken on the "mom figure." I want to tone up my mid-section and work on the flabby arms. :blushing:
I'm interested in sharing healthy recipes, especially ways to cook chicken breasts and fish. I am following the 17 day diet and am currently in the first phase. Anyone else using that ?
