How to add Power 90 to my Exercise Database?

Hi guys!
I see the power 90 isn't in the exercise database, so I'm not sure how to break down the workouts manually. Is there any common conception of how many calories are burned with sweat 1-2 and sculpt 1-2? Thanks!

Exercise Tab > "Add Exercise" button.
Enter the information and there you go.
You'll need a HRM to determine the calories burned.
Edit: Sculpt and Sweat 3-4 are in there, but those values are based upon my burn (due to what my HRM reads after a workout). If you were to go in and do that workout, it may not give you the correct number. Your calorie burn could be higher, or lower.0
