A GREAT Cookbook

I thought I'd share this with everyone. I bought this cook book because I'm a stay at home Mom of 2 little girls and my husband is currently deployed to Afghanistan, and the recipes are really simpe, but with lots of fresh ingredients, seasonings and lean meats. Unlike some "light" or slow cooker cookbooks, this one does not have you use condensed soups or canned veggies, though it does use canned tomatoes & beans. Some of them are iffy on the sodium, but with the subsitition of no salt added beans & tomatoes, it should lower the sodium right down.

It has appetizers, meat main dishes, vegetarian, some vegan, breakfasts, for couples (2 servings) and even desserts!
