    My tush is still sore from 2 days ago but I know those squats & lunges are workin!!!

    I used to do the Buns of steal video. Have you ever tried it? It's a great workout once you get past the instructor.

    "oh, yeah, this feels good" "work those buns" lmao

    I love lunges and squats but they KILL my knees! Anyone have any suggestions about how to avoid the pain?

    Make sure your knee is always above your foot when you are doing squats and lunges. If you really feel the pain in joints check if you are doing exercise correctly. If it still hurts - don't do this exercise.
