i demand a recount!!!

I need some advice and I can't work out what I should think so here goes:

I make a batch of veg for my lunch and have it for dinner as well saves me peeling everything twice!! now if I have done too many for lunch and dinner I will put them in a tub and eat them the following day - alll very straight forward so far no?

However I count the food in my previous days calories - do I again put them in the following day? I just can't decide!!! I am kind of thinking that I have already conted them but not sure??? would love to know what everyone else does
