Hi Fit Folks out there!

Thanks to your suggestions, I ordered JM's 30 Day Shred. Can anyone share some results / success stories? Do you do all three 20 minute segments at once, or alternate days? Or build up from one to the other?

    Hi AJCM :).......I have just started using the 30 day shred and so far I really like it.....I have much more to lose than you so I started at level 1 and have just moved to level 2.......but no the idea is to do one of the three workouts at a time, not all three......although i don't see why you couldn't if you wanted...... from the sounds of it you could probably start with the level 3 and if you have trouble then go to 2 or 1......she never mentions how often it should be done but my goal is 4-5 days a week. but she does stress that you have to give it your all because you can't get away with a 20-30min workout and only "call it in" :)......so it is a shorter workout but you need to push yourself through from beginning to end.....but for me it is worth it to get a shorter workout :)......it is to early to tell for me if i am getting results.....but i will let you know in a couple of weeks.....good luck and i hope you like them....:)

    Thanks for the reply! It sounds great - I'm really excited. I think I will start with doing workout #1 for a few days, or weeks, and once I've kind of "got it" I will move to the next. I was seduced by the "20 lbs in 30 days" on the advertisment - I want to get these last few pounds off.

    I love a hard workout - I would prefer a strong run for 20 mintues rather than a leisurely walk for an hour. I'm a bit ADHD. :tongue:

    HI again :).....ya the 20lbs in 30 days is what got my attention to :) lol......so far it isn't working out like that for me but as long as I lose I am fine with it.....I really am hopeing that I lose cause I would love to stick with the 20 min workout instead of an hour :).....I dread an hour and can ususally come up with excuses not to do an hour :)... but can bare 20 mins :).....tomorrow is my first weigh in so I will see if anything happened......but won't get discouraged if I didn't (for me it usually takes a couple of weeks for things to kick in :))......I have a bridesmaid dress I am hopeing to fit into on june 21st :)....so 4 weeks to lose a couple of inches I am hopeing is possible :) lol.......if not I am in big trouble :). Anyways keep me posted how you do with the dvd and how you like it etc.....btw congrats on getting closer to your goal....
