im so confused i was first told 1200 a day but i only been doing running every day for 35 min then every other day i do circuit and weights... help!!!

I'm not sure what you question is.
MFP set your regular calorie intake goals based on your height/weight/age/gender and regular daily activity level (sedentary/lightly active/etc.) and your goal weight loss. That is your 1200/day. This includes the deficit you need to lose weight.
When you exercise, log your exercise and it will add extra calories to your goal for that day. when you exercise, you should be eating more to fuel your body.
