Hello all,
I'm a newbie checking in. My employer is starting a 12 week weight loss contest on 1/10. I'm excited --but have concerns about what would be good filler foods to munch on during the day?
Any suggestions?

My list of go to's are: carrot sticks, grapes, string cheese. Good Luck. You'll like the site.0

string cheese, almonds, raw veggies i especially like red and yellow peppers, brocolli, califlouer with a *very little amount of low fat veggie dip, jello.0

Carrots and grapes are on my list as well. Another is Kashi Cinnamon Harvest cereal (dry)...organic and very high in fiber. Other things I tend to munch on that keep me satisfied are roasted, unsalted almonds and celery. Hope this helps!0
