So, maybe a little off topic, but, I was wondering if anyone has the new 6th generation. I am realllllllly wanting one, but I am am still in turmoil with myself as to if I NEED it or not. I have an iphone, but it is so big and bulky...The only thing I would be missing with the nano would be my C25K program as far as needing it for workout purposes.

my daughter has one. I have the nano 5th. I too also think that my iphone is too big to take along as well. :) I also have the nike+ that goes along with my nano so it tracks my milage and time etc. :)

And for the need/want that's up to you :)

You can put the c25k on your nano too. Just look up a free podcast. I want the new nano too. Tired of my 1st gen.

    I love your pic!

I have the 6th gen nano, love it, highly recommend it as it is so light and small you don't even know it's there!

I have a 3rd or 4th gen (the first "squary" one) that I got specifically for working out. I had gone back and forth about using a phone or other device like the ipod Touch.

Ultimately, I decided that because of how I sweat and the general intensity of many of my workouts, I needed something small, simple, with few moving parts.

The nano fits the bill--even though I could use my phone now, I choose not to.
