I've been using this site since Feb. 5th. In that time (16 weeks), I have:
Lost 26 pounds! I haven't been this weight since I was in JUNIOR HIGH, people!
Lost 7 inches off my hips
Lost 5 inches off my waist
Started going to the gym 3-4 times a week
Been able to control my portions
And most importantly, I know I am so much healthier!
I honestly don't think I could have done it without MFP, and most importanly, without all of you! Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart. I have quite a ways to go, but I know I can do this!
