I grew up drinking green tea so I love it. But it's got all kinds of crazy health benefits. Check this out from WebMD:
"It's difficult not to gush about green tea.
More than a decade's worth of research about green tea's health benefits -- particularly its potential to fight cancer and heart disease -- has been more than intriguing, as have limited studies about green tea's role in lowering cholesterol, burning fat, preventing diabetes and stroke, and staving off dementia."I prefer to drink it piping hot!

What do you sweetn it with? and how many cups do you drink a day?0 -
I wouldn't recommend really sweetening green tea (unless you genuinley cannot drink it without, in which case use a bit of honey) as it basically defeats the purpose of drinking it. I don't like it strong, so I remove the teabag after 30 - 60 secs.
Green tea contains caffeine too, so try drinking Decaf - it doesn't affect the health benefits.
And I drink it warm0 -
i drink all my tea without any sweeteners. that's how my culture drinks it. besides... i really don't have any kind of a sweet tooth, even as a kid i didnt! (i drink my coffee black too.) i happen to like slightly bitter flavors, so i actually never remove the teabag. i cut the strings and let the bag steep indefinitely. however, i wouldnt recommend non-tea lovers to do that! that might just gross you out!
and... since im a bit of a tea nut.... i tend to drink exorbitant amts of tea. LOL.... i can drink anywhere from 4-10 cups of teas a day (green tea, jasmine tea, grey tea, black tea, chai tea, peppermint tea, etc....)
so maybe im not really that helpful to you. LOL...0
