Nutriton for Cup/Bowl of Noodles if you don't drink broth

Ok I LUV Mr. Noodles Spicy Chicken and other ramen noodle bowls. They seem really high in calories and sodium. HOWEVER I don't drink the broth. I assume most of the sodium would be in that. So anyone know how I'd figure out what the "nutrition" of just the noodles would be???

The noodles will be where the vast majority of calories and sodium come from. I don't think it's worth trying to figure out the content of just the broth.

broth is very low in cals but high in sodium. I disagree w/ other poster who said cals are in the egg noodles. Maybe look up cals for chicken broth or boullion cubes and figure it out. It may not reflect on the food log but at least you'll know
