I saw something on the news the other day and I was curious on your thoughts about this. The doctor said that people should follow the rule of 40-30-30. 40% of your daily calories at breakfast, 30% at lunch, and 30% at dinner. Since I try to have two small snacks I think next week I'm going to try a modified version (ex: 1500 calories a day). What are your thoughts?
Recovery Drink: 10% (100)
Breakfast: 30% (480)
Snack 1: 10% (100)
Lunch: 20 (360)
Snack 2: 10% (100)
Dinner: 20 (360)
Recovery Drink: 10% (100)
Breakfast: 30% (480)
Snack 1: 10% (100)
Lunch: 20 (360)
Snack 2: 10% (100)
Dinner: 20 (360)

I've heard breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a peasant... makes sense because you need MORE food at the beginning to fuel you throughout the day. I don't even worry about it anymore. I eat enough to keep me full through whatever meal I'm working at work (I wait tables).0
