Ready to Stop the Excuses & feel Confident again!

Hello i'm new here, nervous yet excited to start this journey. I hope I get a lot of support from the members and plan to give encouragement back to others as well. I'm currently 5'1" 135 lbs. My goal is not so difficult to do (lose 16 lbs) I just need discipline and lots motivation. I aleays start dieting and/or exercising but I get bored of counting calories and doing the same routine workouts. Im tired of making excuses & soo ready to feel confident again. And tha'ts what I'm planning to do... wish me luck! =)

PS- Any workout tips to not get bored of the same routines? Let me know!
