Hello, my name is Juli. I moved from beautiful West Michigan to Northeastern Pennsylvania almost 6 months ago. About 15 months ago I had RNY Weight Loss Surgery. As of today I have lost 115 pounds. I have about 15 pounds more to go. My main focus is building muscle and maintaning about 100 grams of protien for my intake.

Hoping I can inspire others and that I can also be inspired by others too. Got to keep each other focused and lifted up! = )

    Good luck with your goals! This site seems so much easier to use than others, so I hope we both have awesome results. I am new here too--about 10 days. I'm currently in SW MI, and can't imagine transplanting elsewhere...except when they are predicting 12+ inches of snow. :-)
