HELP WHAT TO EAT

Going out to Cheeseburger in Paradise for dinner. Cant seem to find a good site that gives me calories. Can anyone help with what I should eat and how many calories are in it. Will be doing a salad but i know those can be a ton of calories as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much
