So i always seem to go over my sodium and i only eat healthy stuff for instance fresh fruit, fresh veggies (I have a weird allergy to raw veggies but i can eat them cooked ) So if i buy in the can i buy no soodium and i usually buy frozen anyways or fresh and make it homeade. I have beeen avoiding salt altogether and soups so idk what else to do. im always under calorie and fat and good on protein just this damm sodium! And ALL i drink is water . Does it really make a diffference in weight loss if ur a lil bit over ur sodium intake?

I generally avoid 'adding' sodium to my food for the very reason you stated. It is already in a lot of foods, even non-processed ones. The idea is to avoid the processed foods so you're not mega-overdosing on sodium. At least for me, I have still seen success despite having a hard time staying under that 2,500 mg a day limit. As long as I'm not crazy over, I generally don't worry about it.
