Well I am off soon to go shopping and was just wondering what some of your " must haves " are.
I get tired of the same old stuff so any new ideas help greatly!

just off the top of my head.0 -
Pull out some of your favorite recipes (that you have sworn off of) and see what you can do to make them healthier. Maybe even make the portion size a little smaller. That way you can have some food that you enjoy and not feel totally deprived.

Crushed Tomatoes (To make your own sauce.)

Black Beans
I try to make sure my food is simple. I don't buy any branded diet food. Also, a trick I use: If the list of ingredients is longer than 6 things, don't buy it.0 -
Thanks everyone! I got lots of good, healthy food. I found some dressing made by walden farms. No calories,fat,or carbs but
I wonder how IS this possible? Has anyone else.tried this line?0
