cardio 5 mls/day drink water reqmt hard to finish my cals

I run every morning on my treadmill (fasted cardio), do the protein drink after and eat the rest of the day on the "every three hour" model. Last two days I upped my water and stopped drinking Gatorade. Last two nights B4 meal 5 and even this morning, I'm not hungry.

I forced myself to eat a few cookies and a protein powder drink last night. This morning I pushed through breakfast. Look at my diary, it isn't alot for meal 1. Is my stomach shrinking or is it something else? Will this continue? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    I do fasted Cardio too. How fast are you running and how many minutes?

    I'm up to 4.4 miles/day this week @ 6.0 w/ no incline. Once a week I up the incline for the entire distance. Just started this the other day for resistance training and LOVED IT. 1.0 for a couple and then up it to 1.5 for a couple, etc. My schedule that I laid out puts me @ 7.0 mi @ 6.5mph by mid-March and the incline @3.0.....We'll see. So far, so good.

    Wow good job. I was doing alot of steady cardio and I hit a lul. I started to use HIIT on the Cybex Arc and I cranked some more resistance and just messed with my body and it got me out of my funk. Type in HIIT on google and you will find everything you need for the treadmill too.

    I will add the HIIT training in April along with switching to (HIIT style)hill training to replace the straight incline run and cut the day-after runs down for an"easy run".
