I everyone Im new. I have a lot of weight to lose so Ill be around a while. I am a stay at home mom with 6 kids. My husband and I have been married 9 years. I starting packing on the weight after my first child and with each pregnancy I just kept on gaining weight. Then it turned into me telling myself I would start a diet soon and the weight just kept packing on. Now I am tired and worried about my health and for myself and my kids I am going to get this weight off.

    wow six kids!.. i bet you can get in alot of cardio really easy.... just tell them all your racing, im sure they would love it!!!!

    Well welcome, as long as you log in everyday and start chatting with people I am sure you will find alot of help here. I have been logging on for a while but I slacked off twice. I have been back for a week and I love it! I learn alot from this site also, I was never good with dieting or eating well so when I log in my food I can see where I really am and what I am really doing to my body.

    I hope you get to spend some time just looking around the site and getting used to it, its very easy! Good luck!

  • Welcome to MPF! I'm a stay at home mom of two and feel the same way so we can motivate eachother. It doesn't feel like enough hours in the day to do all the house work, play with the kids, making lunches, dinners, and so on, but just keep telling yourself this is for you and making you happy and in the long run for your kids. Your showing them a healthy lifstyle too.
