Hello Ladies,
I also join today, and I agree with you on just writing in down on paper just doesn't work. I was with WW and used their online site and kept track of my daily activity and food intake and i loss 50lbs last year. I left WW because it was getting a litle costly. I believe by tracking daily the food intake that this was the main reason i lost the weight. I am wishing you good luck and good health.
