Hi Im new to MyFitnessPal Ive got a long way to go...hoping this site helps me stay in control with food diary better than just on paper...so far so good

    Welcome!!! This is a great site in so many ways!! The calorie tracker and fitness trackers are the best I have ever used! The app for my iphone is great too!! But mostly, the people are the BEST! Feel free to friend me...we can all use support!! :flowerforyou:

    Hello Ladies,
    I also join today, and I agree with you on just writing in down on paper just doesn't work. I was with WW and used their online site and kept track of my daily activity and food intake and i loss 50lbs last year. I left WW because it was getting a litle costly. I believe by tracking daily the food intake that this was the main reason i lost the weight. I am wishing you good luck and good health. :smile:
