How much water?

I've been reading alot of posts from members increasing their water intake. I was curious to find out how much water I need based on my weight and how much is too much. I googled it and I thought I would share what I found. I've really increased my workouts (I know alot of members have done the same), increased my fruit and veggie intake, and quit drinking soda so I really wasn't sure how much water I should drink. I hope other members find this info useful. I'm sure it's posted somewhere else here but it doesn't hurt to post again.

About 8 cups a day w/out exercises. At the bottom of your food page you can keep track of your water consumption.0
