Hi I'm tyring to lose 20 lbs. by July.I have limited mobility and working on changing my eating habits I am logging in my food I am always over on sugar...what can I do?all this stuff that says its healthy for you has tons of sugar! I was trying to do whole special K cereal thing still to much sugar!:explode:
