Boneless/Skinless chicken breast tenderloins (I used Perdue)
4 oz = 110 Calories that is about 2 pieces of chicken

Old El Paso Hard Taco shells ( 3 shells = 150 calories)

Old El Paso Taco Seasoning mix (low sodium) Only use half the packet and save the rest for another time

Black beans (low sodium, 1/2 cup for 105 calories)

Dole Shredded Lettuce

Great Value low fat sour cream

Corn

Great Value low fat shredded cheese


Cook the chicken in a frying pan and then cut up into small pieces. Put back into pan with half of taco seasoning with less then a 1/2 cup of water and let simmer. Enjoy!

You can fill your taco up with anything you want that is healthy!
