Hi im new this and trying stay focoused hard work and takes lot have two small kids and work out with foot spur daily but wont give up my goal lose 40 pounds anyone got any good exercises or recipies like share. thanks

  • Hello catherine my name is Helen i have 3 small children and am trying to follow this plan to lose some weight before the better weather comes, its a struggle though! How much have you lost so far?
  • Hi Catherine and welcome! Planks are great 4 the core (your belly) easy to do and u can build up to 1 minute a day, core strength is important, to prevent back injuries when exercising. You can probably search online for pictures how to do them. Please add me as a friend.
