Almost 10 lb?

Crazy!
I honestly have NOT been working out that hard and consistently either.
So I am not noticing major changes, but subtle ones that are letting me know I'm on my way. First place I lose is my upper body - chest (thumbs down), shoulders, arms, etc. Last place I lose is naturally the middle body. However, it's a sign that I'm on track.
Things I've noticed are that I actually MUST drink a large amount of water each day now, it's just a part of me. I also have so much more energy and just feel happier.
