Happy new year to everyone on myfitnesspal. This is my first post.

Big goals this year:

Maintain body weight between 175 - 180, but have body fat % to be around 7 - 10%
Build full body strength and cardio
Increase overall flexibility
Run 1st half marathon this year
Run 1st mini triathalon this year
Get my wife and kids more involved in exercise this year too
