Well here I am and this year staring to track my eat habits. I know I eat when I'm board but OMG! I didn't realize the calories everything added up to. Tired of being overweight and doing something about! Never have partaken of a website such as MFP, but I like the benefits so far.....Basically ACCOUNTABILITY to myself.
