Picky Family
Options
I had a baby 4 months ago and am shredding the baby weight (or trying). I try to cook healthy at home, but my husband, and now 2 daughters are so darn picky I usually wind up cooking them one thing, and then making my self something completely separate for dinner. Does anyone have fool proof family recipies so that I can make them what I eat? The only stipilation is there is a seafood allergy involved.

Have you tried Cooking Light? They do a great job of not sacrificing flavor just to make the dishes healthy. You can find a lot of their recipes online. I have two of their cookbooks, and saved a couple of really good issues back when I used to subscribe to the magazine.
Some of my family's favorites:
Creamy Four-cheese Macaroni

(I sub 1/3 fat cream cheese for the velveeta because velveeta scares me)
Cocoa Fudge Cookies

(I sub vanilla yogurt for plain and skip adding the vanilla)
Ancho Pork Medallions
