Good Receipes, low fat, for a Family that doesn't eat red me

If you have any great receipes please share!!!! My family only eats chicken, fish, and turkey! They are also VERY picky! Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much!

    Very Picky can be a bit broad, but here goes.

    Cut either a sweet potato or a seeded squash lenthwise (your choice which kind) and place face down on a cooking sheet that has been sprayed with PAM. Bake at 375 for 25-30 mins or until soft to the touch.

    Saute cubed chicken breast in 1-2 tbsp of low sodium chicken broth. Add seasoning spices and/or garlic if desired. If you like you can add cauliflower 5 mins before it's done. The cauliflower turns out amazing when you do this.

    Meanwhile steam broccoli and carrots for 5-7 mins.

    Take squash/potato out, let cool for 5 mins and scoop out the flesh. You can add a bit of butter and/or maple syrup for taste if you like.
