I am staying under my calories and some of my numbers ;
Is this going to stop me from loosing weight?

    It can go either way. I would say NO on Fiber. For me I like to get more fiber than recommended. However, for sodium and fat, this may slow your process. Sodium keeps water weight and of course fats are just not the best things to be too far over on for many reasons!

    Typically, no. Going over on protein is not a problem and you SHOULD go over on fiber (MFP doesn't give you enough - you should be eating at least 25 grams/day), but if you are over on sodium, you can retain water. If you are consistently over on fat, you may lose pounds but not be losing a lot of fat. If your sugars are coming from fruits and veggies, don't worry about it too much BUT if they are coming from added sugars, be careful.
    Eat a variety of healthy, nutritious foods in moderation and you'll be fine.

    The key is to have a balanced diet. Like others said don't worry about fiber, but definately worry if going several grams over fat and "bad" carbs (white bread, white pasta for example). I follow a 50% of my calories carbs, 25% fat and 25% protein. I you are high only a few grams once in a while don't worry, but if it is constantly it can affect the way you loose water.
