Starting Slim in 6 on Sunday

I will be starting Slim in 6 on Sunday (Jan. 9) and I am wondering how to log in those workouts. Since I haven't had a chance to checkout the dvds yet I am not sure on the particular exercises but was wondering if anyone who has done it before (or a similar dvd workout) could tell me how you logged yours in, like figuring out calories burned and such. Do you log each exercise separately or the whole workout together?
Also if anyone is thinking of starting these dvds and would like to do it together let me know. It would be great to have someone else to work on these with.

I'm not sure I have the dvd set as well... bought it about 4 years ago while breastfeeding my youngest son at 3am, lol and never did it! Alot of times you can google and other ppl have asked. I would log it under either like I do the 30DS! Add me if you want and when I'm done with my 30DS I'll so SI6 too! I am the mom of all boys as well! I have 3!0

Are you referring to logging in on the beachbody site or MFP? I am currently doing SI6, finishing week 4. I have lost 6.4 lbs and 15 inches so far. You can burn between 400-600 calories depending on which DVD you are using. I am on the burn it up DVD and todays workout I burned 629 calories.
Good luck0 -
tiger~ I do mean on here (MFP). I was trying to figure out how many calories that I would actually be burning while doing the dvd. How do you know how many calories you are burning? Do you have it logged in the the exercise database? It is the only workout I will be doing for atleast the next 3 weeks while my hubby is gone so I would really like to know how many calories I am burning.0

I have a bod bug and it lets me know hoe many calories I burn every workout. As far as how to enter calories burned on MFP I had to find the closest activity in the data base, but I keep a mental note when it doesn't add up. I think you could add an activity according to what you are doing and enter a more accurate calorie burned data..
The average person burn between 400-650 depending on which workout you are doing ie., SIU,RIU,BIU, or the slimming series DVD.
Hope that helps....good luck, it works give it time. I've lost 8 pounds in 4 weeks and 12.25 inches so far.0 -
Thanks
I just started on day 1 today and I just entered it as aerobics, figured that is pretty close.
It wasn't to bad, mostly had a hard time keeping my arms up that long! But I think I did pretty good & I'm excited to begin to see those results as I go along through the weeks. Are you following their diet?0 -
It gets easier the more you do it. Some advice don't move up to quickly.......not so much between SIU-RIU but from RIU-BIU. I did a week of SIU and then moved on to RIU. After two weeks I mover up to BIU and I thought I was going to die....the first half hour is killer.
Good luck0
