I didn't get on the treadmill today but decided to do something at home. I did a bunch of squats, lunges, sit-ups and push-ups but they are not counting as excecise...is that right? My heart is pounding and to me I am excercising but it isn't counting as a daily workout. Are their excercises like that that I can do that WILL count?

enter strength training under cardio. When you enter the individual exercises into the strength section it doesn't count as cardio.0

Search in the Cardio section for "Strength Training". It will give you a rough estimate of how many calories you have burned.0

I tried that but it only gave me "weight training" under strength training...hmmm
I ended up just adding my time and then the specifics in my notes0
