Not new, but new goals

Hi there, I'm not new here, really, but abandoned the site for a while. I am back because I have new nutrition goals and know this site can help me. I am 27 weeks pregnant and let myself gain 30lbs so far. After losing a lot of weight before and gain it all back plus more, I know I need to control what I eat more. I need to make sure everything is well-balanced. A lot of people throw food at you and lots of junk, which I know isn't good for pregnancy. I want to use it to stablise my calorie and food intake and be more conscious of it. If I can keep me in the habit of it, I should be able to keep it up after the baby comes so I can actually lose the baby weight! Please wish me luck in not gaining too much more in my third trimster and easier weight loss after!

Wishing you much luck!! I'm so impressed that you've made the decision to be proactive...I know so many mothers-to-be that use their pregnancy as an excuse to go crazy, and then regret every one of those bites, after the baby is born! One of my best girlfriends is in the same position, and she decided this week to put the brakes on, and get back on the healthy track and start working out with me Congratulations and keep up the great work!0
