Changed my eating and excerise habits last April and have had great sucess in loosing weight and gaining muscle. Something I have to admit that I have never seen on my body (muscles) - haha. I do not love excersing BUT I do love what it has done for me!!! And that motivates me. Shopping this past holiday has been so much fun. I get to wear skinny jeans!!! Staying motivated for 2011 and plan to drop some more weight to meet my goal.

    Sorry...too much coffee today. I have a goal of 23 lbs...I had my second child 5 months ago and I lost the weight but then started going backwards again! UGH..... but I'm starting fresh and could use some support as well as giving support!
