    Beginning of MFP weight: 140
    Beginning of challenge weight: 142
Current weight: 142 (i had gone down to 139 in the middle of last week but it jumped back up)
Gain/loss:

    Goals for the week:
    1. Cut out wheat as it seems to make me cranky.
    2. Drinks 10 cups of water a day.
    3. Get to the gym 5 times for one hour.
    4. Not give up!

I'm full of cr@@ literally and hopefully this week the doctors can figure out why since my gallbladder was removed my body isn't functioning properly. At least that's what I keep telling myself as to why I have gained 10 lb in the past 8 months and it isn't going away (of course the fact that they opened a Fractured Prune - hot out of the oil donuts - right down the street might have a little something to do with it). But you guys are giving me hope and encouragement, so I'll keep at it.

I did pretty bad this week and stayed the same(or maybe a little more), but promise to get back on track and pull a good number. Good luck all
