What do you put in MFP for Abdominal workouts, i.e. Ab Burne

I am new to MyFitnessPal and I was wondering if anyone had figured out the best way to input a 10 minute abdominal routine like the one that I just did using ChaLean Extreme. Thanks!

    The best way to track calories burned during a specific workout is with a heart rate monitor (HRM).

    If the workout is not in there, and you do it enough, create a custom entry. Its under the "Add Exercise" button.
