Hi I'm new here and I have been working out for a while but I need to lose about 10 or 15 more pounds. Do I need to increase my food intake to compensate for my exercise. I usually make my food intake goals but my exercise creates a surplus and says I need to eat more calories.

Look at the blue tabs above:
Reports > Nutrition > Net calories
This is a quick and easy way to check that you are consuming enough calories to fuel your exercise. Log all food and exercise first, obviously. A lot of people (as recommended by this site) do not let their net calories fall below 1,200 and many people aim not to fall below their BMR.
