My Best Recipe for Zero Sugar / Calorie drink

It depends on what you want!!! There are already loads of ideas on this board if you search. Do you want sweet or savoury? Meat or vegetarian or fish?
To start you off here's tonight's dinner.
SPICED LAMB STEAKS for 2 people
MARINADE:
1 clove garlic
1 tsp each of ground coriander and ground cumin
1/2 tsp eachof grated ginger and paprika
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tbsp low fat natural yoghurt
70g low fat fromage frais + 1/2 tsp mint
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
400g lamb steak
Cube the lamb steak.
Mix marinade ingredients. Marinade lamb for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally
Drain lamb, put in oven proof dish, sprinkle onion over the top and bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C/400°F
Mix the fromage frais and mint & seasoning. Serve with the steaks. Add salad/potatoes as desired. I'm not sure of the calories in this, but it isn't too many!0 -
I really like smoothies: 6 oz non fat flavored yogurt, frozen fruit like mango or berries, jarred fruit in juice, like peaches or pears. Mix and match until you find combinations that taste good to you.

i been loving the salads but time to time i need something elese..i love tuna, eggs... anything else? :huh:
