maybe you should change what you eat? just to change things up a bit. Add some extra exercise to burn some more calories. Take your measurements, as it may still be showing up as inches off. Evaluate your food diary. Maybe you could cut back on carbs, and some extra lean meat/fish. Just a few ideas. Do not give up though, you are doing much better now than you were before you lost your weight and that is something to be proud of.

A lot of us get in a rut of repeating the same things. Maybe you need to change it up a little. Change what you eat. Change your work out routine. Some people notice a change when they work out different times of the day. I know some people that do a cleanse or eat clean foods to help jumpstart their weightloss. Just suggestions. I hope they work.

Don't get frustrated. You've done a great job so far. Just keep smiling everyday and have patience. Remember you're awesome and deserve great things!

I can't see your diary to see what and how much you are eating, but here are a few common things that stall out weight loss:

    - eating less than 1200 calories, or even less that your recommended allowance on a regular basis
    - the amount MFP tells you to eat is a target, not a maximum. Eat as close to that level as you can. A little over or under isn't a problem, but significantly lower can hamper weight loss.
    - too many processed foods = higher sodium and water retention. Monitor your sodium levels.
    - same exercise all the time. Change it up, add different exercises, up the intensity and/or duration.
    - same foods all the time. Change up your diet, keeps you from getting bored and your body from getting used to the same foods/nutrients.
    - trying to lose weight too fast. 2 lbs a week is reasonable if you have a large amount of weight to lose, but if you are trying for a lower amount, it my be too much for your body. Reduce the rate of weight loss back by 0.5 or 1 pound a week, which increases your calories, and gives your body fuel to lose weight and exercise.
    - drink your water. Helps flush out your body and keep your organs happy.

Hope some of that helps you! Feel free to friend me if you want.

Most days, I eat a bowl of Kashi Golean (140 calories, 13 grams of protein, 10 grams of fiber) and some almond milk. I occasionally have a protein smoothie (soy protein, almond milk, banana, berries), and every once in a while will have a piece of whole wheat toast with some non-dairy margarine and a bunch of nutritional yeast on top.

I changed my goal ~ I will give that a try!! I drink alot of water Monday - Friday...... not as much on the weekends at home!! I will work on that too! I have gotten in the habit for road trips taking a water bottle with me instead of a pop, and if we eat out, I drink water with lemon instead of pop. I don't even miss pop anymore!! =)

thanks for the advice!! I'm gonna give it a go!!

Weight loss can be VERY frustrating. Back when I was first trying to lose weight, (as a 19 year old) I was biking at least 300 miles a month, ice skating at least 2 times a week and hiking when I had the opportunity. I was watching what I ate but not counting calories. I was so disgusted that I spent so much time exercising and I didn't lose any weight....well, maybe 5 lbs but it was ridiculous. For a year, it went on that way. Then, I gave up all sweets and it just started falling off. My body is just stubborn and it takes a giant jolt to shock it in to action sometimes. I hope you find what works for you...just don't give up!
