Awesome Food Combinations

Hey all,
I'm typically a big gourmet-type cook and I love to experiment with different types of foods and cultural delicacies. Recently I prepared a tomato-based cinnamon and curry green peas dish. It was reminiscent of a Mutter Paneer (Indian dish). I've also experimented with chicken, lime, jalapeno peppers, yogurt and mint sprigs - YUM!!!
I think the trick to sticking with diet plans is to make them interesting and flavorful rather than dull, tasteless and boring. Have you found any interesting combinations that could turn your diet into an anticipated delicious treat?
