I joined a few days ago and really enjoy the site. I had my daughter over a year ago and am just a few lbs lighter then I was when I gave birth. I want to be a good role model to my daughter and show her how to lead a healthy life style. I have found it sooo hard to lose weight after pregnancy. Its a little discharging when I was able to wear my "skinny" jeans until I was 7 and 1/2 months pregnant and now its over a year later and I can't even thinking about putting them on. I'm excited to just feel over all healthy again. I think I'm ok with eating... I just need to stay motivated with working out. I'll stay on track for a few weeks and then miss a day and then one day turns into 20. I hope in a few months I will be able to be a better version of myself and feel good about the way I look!

  • I just wanted to say that I'm almost a week in to using this site and I absolutely love it. I'm more addicted to it than I am Facebook and just by counting my calories and eating better foods I feel great. Just wanted to tell you that you can do it :) and you will be in those "skinny" jeans in no time :)
