I have always tracked my calorie intake, track my exercise, but i've never had a community to do it with. This is great inspiration! I love the app on my phone and how i can update my day on the internet too! I have about 10 lbs to lose to reach my goal, i have good caloric days and bad ones too. I can use all the motivation i can get to finally reach my goal!!
