hey ya'll i'm caitlin and im very excited about joining MY FITNESS PAL! .COM! its already helping me make better choices. and so much support! the winter in syracuse is BRUTAL, i'm sure a lot of you can relate. but today the sun is shining, i feel great and im ready to drop some lbs. i havent been skinny since i was like, 6. but ive sure looked a lot better than i do now. i'm studying massage therapy and i think that looking AMAZING will greatly improve my chances of success in the field and get me the kinds of jobs i want that will allow me to travel and explore. i work too hard and i have too much to accomplish to let my body image hangups get in my way!!!! nice to meet you all!!!!
