so (like many of us i am sure) over the holidays i slipped away from my regular routines and eating habits. this past week i successfully returned to my usual healthy lifestyle. i dont really work out, but i eat a lot of fruits and veggies and i stay within my calorie range, also i have given up alcohol for the month of january. one would think that i would drop off that excess holiday flab right away? but i have managed to gain a pound or two thisw eek....does it take the body a few days to aclimate to the new/original habits? do you think i will be back to normal next week? thanks for the input hopefully everyone had a fabulous holiday season!

I'd suggest doing some light cardio (walking) and continue the healthy eating, those pounds will be gone in no time0
