iv only just bought this game and was wondering what the actual sweat point to calorie ratio is. Iv heard 10 sweat points equals 1 calorie. But Iv also heard that 4.2 sweat points equals 1 calorie. Is there anyone body out there that knows lol :) thanks in advance. :)

    Anything that I've read says that it's 4.2 sweat points to every 1 calorie.

    I wear a HRM to get my calories burned. I am not sure what a sweat point is.

    Best thing is to get a cheap heart rate monitor, put your weight in and it will give you accurate numbers. I have been entering my time on dance 2 in the tracker as dancing general, that gives you something to play with and calories in the bank.

    Thanks for the advice. A sweat point is on a certain mode on the game it's self. :) I'm nit really sure about much on the game because I actually only bought it today and my first time on it I gains 705 sweat points so that would work out roughly 167 calories :D SOUNDS GOOD TO ME lol thanks again :)
