No Guilt Grilled Cheese

320 cals total

2 pieces whole grain bread
3 thin slices turkey breast lunch meat
3 slices tomatoe
1 slice onion
1 wedge Laughing Cow light swiss cheese
1 tbls dijon mustard

Spread one peice of bread with the laughing cow cheese. Place all of the other ingredients on top. Spray hot pan with Pam. Cook one side for about 1 minute (check to keep from burning), spray the top piece of bread with Pam before flipping.

This really satisfies a craving for grilled cheese

    mm i'd do that without the meat (i keep kosher).
    I had a half grilled cheese with Pam and put spinach in it. I served it with a heaping plate of boiled carrots and pepper. YUM.
