    It tastes like an orange milkshake!

    That or some {raw, unsalted} Almonds!

    & def some water!

    I love a pb sandwich made with 1T natural peanut butter and Sara Lee's Whole Wheat 45 calorie bread! Sometimes I'll put a banana with it! :)

    I workout on the mornings usually. So lately, chocolate covered, peanut butter oatmeal.

    I usually have a small banana or chocolate milk...I'll have to try the peanut butter smoothie sounds yummy!

    You beat me to it! Except for the almonds, I leave those for my parrot :D

    depends... a lot of time breakfast or dinner is up, so i just eat my meal

    but when there's no meal ready, either banana or hot cocoa (or both if it was a super workout)
