HELP what do i list my exersise as?

so i do billy blanks boot camp elite everyday what would that be concidered as??? areobics??? taebo? heres what it says on the back of the dvd

    I would just list it under Tae Bo :) just type it into your exercising and it'll come up, all you do is list how many minutes you do it for.

    Its Tae Bo-I do the cardio Billy Blanks and thats what i log it as.
  • You can always get a heart rate monitor and just log the calories you've burned using that, instead. Either way, I think you're good.
  • Thanks so much i just wanted to get an estimate of around the calories i am burning so i wont eat more than i am working off! hehe :)
