Yesterday i ate an Oscar Meyer 98% Fat Free Turkey HotDog
Calories: 40
Fat: 1
Cholesterol: 15
Sodium: 470
Cards: 3
Protein:5
I boiled it, then put it on the BBQ,
Did i change any of the sodium content, etc. Like did i make it a little healthier.

i am taking my best guess and saying that boiling or grilling a hotdog does not change its sodium content or any other of its contents enough to make a difference in the nutrition. but hey you picked one of the 'less bad' types of hot dogs, at only 40 cals i think you did ok!0
